Find every eligibility gate
A profitable balance does not by itself make a reward withdrawable. Read the rules for the exact account stage: waiting period, qualifying trading days, consistency, minimum request, required buffer and identity review. Distinguish a trading day from a profitable day and check the provider’s day boundary. Some conditions restart after each payout. Record each requirement and its source rather than assuming that a large profit satisfies the rest.
Calculate from eligible profit
Start with profit that the agreement recognizes for a reward, then apply the starting trader share and any stated request cap. An advertised maximum split may require later milestones. Check whether commissions, swaps, restricted-event adjustments or earlier withdrawals already affect the displayed figure; do not deduct the same item twice. Record transfer fees and currency conversion separately. A gross reward calculation is not the same as the net amount arriving in your account.
Separate three clocks
Track the earliest eligible request date, the provider’s review period and the payment rail’s delivery time. A cycle labeled in days may describe only the first of these. Check whether clocks use calendar or business days and what starts them: the first trade, account activation or the previous payout. Open positions, pending orders, missing invoices or incomplete verification can affect processing where the rules say so. Save the submitted request and reference number.
Check the account after withdrawal
A reward can change the remaining balance, permitted position size or loss threshold. Read the exact withdrawal adjustment and recalculate the distance from equity to the applicable loss floor. Do not assume the floor falls by the same amount as the payout, or that all profit can be removed safely under the contract. Also check which day counters and consistency calculations reset, and whether trading is paused while a request is reviewed.
Keep evidence and compare cautiously
Save the applicable policy, account statement, request calculation and provider correspondence. If the result differs, ask which clause or ledger entry explains it, using the provider’s official support channel. Public payout screenshots and a generous split cannot establish your eligibility or guarantee future processing. Compare the whole sequence: qualifying conditions, available amount, review, delivery and the account left afterward. Keep unknown terms visible until the provider confirms them.
